Step 1
Spread mayo and bomba on both sides of the hoagie.
Step 2
Roughly chop lettuce, onions and tomato on a cutting board.
Step 3
Add provolone and Mastro meats, roughly chop.
Step 4
Season with salt, pepper, olive oil, red wine vinegar and oregano.
Step 5
Scoop chopped filling onto hoagie, drizzle with mustard and serve!
