Step 1
Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks. Place them in a bowl and set the whites aside.
Step 2
Add mayo, salt, and pepper to the yolks, mashing until smooth.
Step 3
Transfer the yolk mixture to a piping bag and pipe it back into each egg white half.
Step 4
Garnish with toppings of choice.
