After what has seemed to be a life-long series of pop-up events, Crosley's is officially opening their long-awaited storefront tomorrow.
The powerhouse duo of chef Joachim Hayward and Myles Harrison have completed the construction of their restaurant, and announced on Instagram they are ready to welcome guests for reserved takeout. The restaurant will be transitioning slowly off the bat, only offering a limited quantity of dinner services for select weekends like their pop-ups. Their opening weekend menu has already sold out for the Friday and Saturday ahead of their launch.
Crosley's had gained traction through social media with their elegant dishes that were only available through reserving a spot through a direct message on Instagram or texting Harrison directly. The duo hosted a weekly pop-up series all throughout December at Bar Piquette as well.
The operations of Crosley's will likely remain the same, and feature a weekly rotating menu to keep patrons on their toes and awaiting their next meal.
Crosley's new digs is located in Little Portugal at 214 Ossington Avenue. They are still taking orders through Instagram for what is left of their opening weekend menu (Sunday) and for the last weekend of January.
