Toronto Beach Club introduces elevated weekend brunch program

While we might still be in the throes of winter weather, that doesn't necessarily mean the beach life cannot be enjoyed. With the introduction of Toronto Beach Club's new elevated Oasis Brunch, the coastal atmosphere and vibes are available even when it's -10 degrees Celsius outside.

The establishment continues to garner its reputation as one of the city's hottest beachfront destinations since its inception. With its Oasis Brunch program set to launch on Saturday, it will offer a bottomless-style dining experience featuring a vast array of coastal Mediterranean-inspired dishes and brunch staples with a Beach Club twist. Complementing the latest menu is also a slew of freshly-curated daytime cocktails.

“We’re incredibly excited to be bringing our new brunch concept to the beach,” Hanif Harji, CEO and founder of Scale Hospitality, said. “The team has put so much thought and care into what we hope will be a truly unique dining experience for guests that reflects our passionate commitment to exceptional ingredients.”

Only available on Saturday and Sunday, the limitless brunch experience will feature staples like an expansive raw bar sporting crowd favourites in the form of freshly-shucked oysters, salmon and tuna crudo as well as a decadent chef's station serving slow-roasted Porchetta by the slice. Other sought-after savoury dishes being offered include the harissa shakshouka, seafood paella, piri piri fried chicken and lamb Merguez.

Brunch lovers can also look forward to the babka French toast station, a smorgasbord of freshly-baked pastries and breads, charcuterie, salads, yoghurts and even house-made granola. To top it all off, the Oasis Brunch also has an enviable variety of classic Mediterranean desserts.

As mentioned above, the new program also introduces a series of cocktails and shareable drinks essential to round off a memorable brunch experience. New tipples include the Café San Juan (Bailey's, amber rum, cold brew and cane sugar) and the Breakfast Martini (Tanqueray gin, orange marmalade, dry curacao and fresh lemon.) There also exists the Oasis Brunch Caesar with Kettle One vodka, sherry, Clamato and Beach Club spice mix as well as the make-your-own Mimosa sharing carafes that serve a minimum of four for $60.

Toronto Beach Club's Oasis Brunch is priced at $75 per person plus tax and includes bottomless dining across all cuisine stations as well as coffee and tea. The program, found at 1681 Lakeshore Boulevard E., will be exclusively available on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
