One of Toronto's most popular chefs is back at it again. Chef Victor Barry, of Piano Piano fame, has dropped a new concept operating out of Kitchen Hub Food Hall in Cabbagetown South. Victory Foods is the brainchild of Chef Barry, with a focus around all the things he genuinely loves to eat, like burgers, fried chicken and pizza!

Established in 2020 at the height of the pandemic, Victory was created by chef Victor Barry because he wanted the perfect smash burger and felt that he could offer something unique and delicious to the takeout landscape. So he took it upon himself to make his own. The burgers took off instantly and the brand quickly grew to include fried chicken and pizza as well. The pizza itself was so popular that he quickly sold out every time he launched. Chef Barry had to take a hiatus on the Victory Pizza to focus on reopening the Piano Piano dining rooms in late Spring, but the wait is over.

With this new concept out of Kitchen Hub, he's still slinging out the aforementioned favourites but will also be launching a few new menu items and specials from time to time. From this outpost, he's working on items like fried chicken nuggets, salads and desserts, such as his own take on a Moon Pie, lemon parfait and a Nutella tiramisu.

You can find Victory Foods at Kitchen Hub at 234 Parliament St. You can place orders Wednesdays through Sundays from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. Victory Foods is available for pickup and delivery through the Kitchen Hub website, Uber Eats and DoorDash.
