This Toronto bakery's next featured item is dedicated to Lunar New Year

After a post-Christmas holiday, Roselle Desserts is officially back open as of last Friday, January 22, and is offering something extra special to celebrate the upcoming Chinese New Year.

In honour of the Year of the Ox, the bakery has created a Roselle Lunar New Year Collection of an assortment of custom treats.

The festive tin includes a selection of cookies and baked goods like walnut oolong sablé bretons⁣, chewy coconut almond cookies, mini Earl Grey shorties, strawberry thumbprint cookies, sesame cashew brittle, pistachio mandarin meringues, salted coconut macadamia caramels and cranberry orange almond nougat.

Two sizes of the tin are available, with the smaller one including two of each treat and the larger size including a few more of select items.

Supply is extremely limited, with only a few tins available for walk-in pick-up on the February 5 weekend. The majority of the tins will be available for pre-order on their website starting tonight at 8 p.m. until they sell out and pick-up is for February 5, 6 and 7.

So relish in prosperity and pre-order a celebratory collection of Roselle's curated box of goodies.
