It’s safe to say that there’s no shortage of burger joints across the city, but this new spot has found its way to stick out from the rest.
Rinspire Burger is a new concept from the same people behind Rolltation, one of the city’s leading destinations for sushi burritos and poke bowls.
For now, they’re serving up their Asian-inspired burgers and fries out of Rolltation’s Yonge and Eglinton location, but a physical storefront of their own is slated to open by the end of the year.
Their gourmet burgers are available at an affordable price with two vegetarian options available. In addition to their house-made tofu and Beyond Meat patties, they also have beef patties made using a combination of chuck steak and brisket, as well as crispy chicken that’s marinated using their own secret recipe.
These burgers are then given an Asian twist through quality toppings and sauces made in-house like crispy vermicelli, kimchi, black pepper sauce and a gochujang glaze.
They also give you the option to add shichimi—a Japanese seven spice blend—to their regular or cheese fries.
All profits made from their opening date on January 29, 2021, until the end of this month will be donated to Fred Victor, an organization that focuses on housing and shelter for homeless and low-income people living in Toronto.
Rinspire Burger is open seven days a week for takeout and delivery at 2291 Yonge Street.
