Just in time for Easter, Pomarosa has launched an Easter-themed hot chocolate with mini eggs, homemade marshmallows, and whipped cream to satisfy their hot chocolate lovers' cravings.
Last fall, this Latin restaurant and coffee shop added a special hot chocolate to their menu that rapidly gained popularity among the Danforth community. During Christmas, they had a peppermint hot chocolate available and now that another holiday is around the corner, they announced the Easter version of the delicious beverage.
But what makes this hot chocolate so special that people are lining up to get one?
The drink is made with dairy-free Colombian chocolate and topped with torched homemade marshmallows and whipped cream. The marshmallows are super fluffy and infused with strawberry and passion fruit flavour. The whipped cream comes in three pastel colours: creamy peach, sky blue and violet. The Easter edition also includes mini eggs.
For those feeling like mixing things up, you can try the spicy version with pepper candy.
