Delysées, one of the top French patisseries in Toronto located in the heart of King Street West, announced on their Instagram account that a new item was added to their menu––XL truffle cakes.
The giant truffles are available in different flavours, including double roasted pistachio, pure chocolate, Madagascar vanilla, pralinè and coconut. And if you are wondering, they are also filled with layers of flavours inside.
The five flavours come packaged in a gold box, making it the perfect gift for someone special or as a snack to bring to the park. The XL truffles are available for delivery and pickup, but due to the delicate manufacturing process, the truffles need to be ordered 24 hours in advance.
This extravaganza is no stranger to Delysées either. The shop's Parisian-born owner Fred Naggar specializes in creating luxury products that have been captivating the palates and eyes of Torontonians since the store was opened in 2013. On the menu, you can find high-end treats like eclairs, a classic French viennoiserie, and one of Canada’s largest selections of macaron flavours.
Delysées is open from Monday to Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Orders can be placed through their website.
