Sip on Summer is back from June 21st to August 2nd and will showcase some of Toronto's best dishes paired with Sapsucker – a Canadian sparkling water naturally sweetened with organic maple sap.
21+ restaurants across the GTA will be offering special Sapsucker combos, limited-time sparkling cocktails, and inspired pairings.
Sapsucker is sustainably harvested, certified organic, and made with no artificial sugar. Whether you're going alcohol-free, mixing it in a cocktail, enjoying it poolside, post-workout, or with a delicious meal, Sapsucker will keep you hydrated and feeling refreshed all day long.
Sip on Summer, a 6-week campaign meant to celebrate local Toronto restaurants, will showcase the sheer multitude of Sapsucker flavour pairings. Available in Grapefruit, Lime, Lemon, Orange, Original, and Peach, Sapsucker offers the perfect subtle bubble for every palate.
Throughout the duration of the campaign, Torontonians are encouraged to visit participating restaurants to try their featured pairings. You can start your day with Peach Sapsucker paired with Blueberry Halva Pancakes at The Good Fork, snack on spicy Korean fried chicken paired with Lime Sapsucker at BBQ Chicken for lunch, or even cap off the night with Gusto 501’s Cetriolo Fizz Sapsucker and Gin cocktail. There’s truly something for everyone on our Sip on Summer menu.
