Well Done Burgers is the latest collaboration between beloved west end brunch cafe, Baddies and artisanal custard ice cream pop-up Ruru Baked.
The pop-up started serving delicious smash burgers, crispy tater tots and thick milkshakes out of the Baddies storefront earlier this year, though it was cut short due to rising COVID-19 concerns. However, they quickly started up again in June and have been slinging juicy smash burgers and custard shakes every Wednesday to Sunday since.
The limited menu features taters served with their signature jalapeño queso, two ground chuck smashburgers: the Single Cheesy and the Double Cheesy, both topped with melty American cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onion and their secret sauce, as well as a Fried Chicken Sammy dressed with lettuce, pickled jalapeños, honey lime cilantro, jalapeño queso and spiced mole.
As for the milkshakes, choose from a vanilla shake mixed with housemade brown-butter crumble or a classic childhood favourite made better, the chocolate malt shake.
You can order these juicy cheeseburgers and shakes online through Ambassador for pick up at Baddies or have it delivered right to your door through Uber Eats.
