A day at the Woodbine Racetrack already sounds like a wonderful way to spend your time. Add to that a brand-new restaurant with superb dining options, expansive views and comfortable seating — and you’ve got the perfect recipe to take in a few races.
Opening last fall, the Stella Artois Terrace has already made its name as one of the premiere locations for patrons to enjoy the best thoroughbred racing and entertainment Woodbine has to offer. The Stella Terrace is open to the public on race days — Thursday to Sunday — through the fall. Reservations can be made via OpenTable.
From the Stella Terrace, you get to experience the spectacular views of all three tracks at Woodbine as well as the beautiful Toronto skyline acting as an opulent backdrop.
The patio experience on the third floor features a brand-new menu and hand-crafted cocktail program.
Some of the food items include:
- Charcuterie board
- Truffle Fries
- Grilled Calamari Diablo
- Wagyu Bruschetta
- Buffalo Bison Burger
- Grilled Chicken Calabrese
As for the drinks, you have the option to sip on some classic cocktails; red and white wines; and a variety of beers, including — you guessed it — a crisp glass of Stella Artois.
Putting together the wonderful vistas, the carefully-curated menus and the top-notch service, there’s no doubt that the new Stella Artois Terrace at Woodbine Racetrack is on its way to becoming a premiere destination for sports and hospitality.
The Stella Terrace is open during live racing from Thursday through Sunday through to the fall. Thursday’s hours of operation will be 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. while Friday through Sunday the patio will open from noon to 6 p.m.
