The weather is getting warmer and what better way to beat the heat with one of Toronto’s most beloved soft serves?
Roselle Desserts is a tiny patisserie located on King Street East that is popular for its French-inspired pastries and also for its soft serve, which is only available during the summer seasons. Their Earl Grey soft serve, isn't just refreshing and indulgent, but it's a work of art to admire as well.
Roselle started selling soft serve back in the summer of 2015. Rapidly, the Earl Grey flavour became a favourite and has returned every season since then.
This week, the bakery announced on their Instagram account that the famous Earl Grey soft-serve is back for the season.
The homemade Earl Grey soft serve is a creamy and smooth ice cream infused with whole tea leaves. For an extra cost, you can inject it with lemon cream and top it off with crispy white chocolate pearls and a mini earl grey shortbread cookie.
Roselle is serving these cups of soft serve out of their main door kiosk all summer long. The shop is located at 362 King Street East.
Their slogan reads 'dessert makes you happy' and ice cream lovers and hot summer lovers will certainly agree with this cherished dessert.
