Popular Kensington Market destination for decadent breakfast sandwiches brimming with thick-cut bacon, spiced sausages, cheese and even smoked salmon and potato chips is gearing up to open a second location Downtown.

Although there is no confirmed official opening date, expect Egg Bae to open on Elm Street, just west of Yonge Street, in the coming weeks.
Egg Bae crafts each of their sandwiches with a warm and fluffy egg bun, then adds premium ingredients and free range eggs. Try the classic or go for something a little more unique like the Seaside Bae with house-cured citrus pepper salmon, pickled shallots, and potato chips for an addictive crunch.
