Popular Japanese croissant chain opens second location in Toronto

After the success of their first Toronto location, Hazukido––a Japanese-style French croissant chain––has opened a second location in the city.

In November 2020, Hazukido opened its doors in Toronto, this also being the first location in North America. The store, located in the Atrium at 595 Bay Street, received a warm welcome from Toronto foodies who spent long hours in line waiting to try one of the famous croissants.

Now, Hazukido fans can also enjoy the famous croissants on the concourse level of First Canadian Place at 100 King Street West.

Hazukido offers a huge selection of both savoury and sweet croissants with a rotating menu that includes flavours like Lemon Icing, Salted Egg Yolk, Truffle Crab, Caramel Pudding, Hazelnut and more.

The croissants are freshly baked on-site every day using an exclusive folding technique that enables a crispy outer layer and soft inner layer that guarantees an abundance of texture with every bite.

Hazukido also has a drinks menu that include signature beverages like milk tea, coffee and cold brew, which will all be available at the new stall at First Canadian Place.

The new outpost is located at the concourse level of 100 King Street West, with a handful of other locations throughout the GTA slated to open in the near future. The new location is open Wednesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
