Egg Club, one of Toronto's top places for fluffy egg sandwiches, has just opened a brand new location uptown.
Egg Club is popular for their loaded egg sandwiches stuffed in pillowy Japanese milk bread. After some massive success at their flagship location on Dundas Street, they have been expanding across Toronto with a location near Yonge and Wellesley and now, their most recent outpost, uptown near Yonge Street and Finch Avenue.
On the menu, you'll find a variety of Asian-inspired egg sandwiches. All the sandwiches come with fluffy, soft-folded eggs encased within two thick slices of Japanese milk bread (shokupan). From there, it's your choice of whatever toppings you like––the most popular ones are the Bacon Cheese, Ham, Meat Lover's and Guacamolic. You'll get them all stuffed into each sandwich to order and all come with creamy Egg Club sauce as well.
Besides the sandwiches, you can also try their popular hash browns, which actually are a mini sandwich of their own––perfectly crisp hash browns that hold a mashed potato mixed in. They also have brewed coffee, like their iced hazelnut coffee, teas including a refreshing peach tea and a banana milk to pair with your sandwich.
Egg Club's new spot is located at 5423 Yonge Street in North York. They are still in soft-opening mode but are available for pickup and delivery. They are open right now from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., but hours may expand once they're prepared. The first two locations drew massive lineups, so similar queues are to be expected.
