Foxies Bakeshop, the online bakery company known for its handcrafted, colossal cookies stuffed to the brim with all the goodies of your dreams––like Oreos, ginger spiced biscoff and doughnuts––is opening up its very first brick-and-mortar location in Toronto. Though details are still hush-hush, the company said on Instagram they plan to open their doors to cookie lovers everywhere sometime in the spring.
Run by two sisters, they launched their business in 2018, baking fresh-to-order cookies weighing in at a hefty four ounces for sweet-toothed customers all across the country. Creations like the Valentine’s Day themed cookie, Cupid’s Confetti, a vanilla cookie stuffed with a trio of milk, semisweet and white chocolate chips, stuffed full of golden Oreos and Graham cracker bits and topped with festive sprinkles.
