Momofuku expands offerings with Kojin steaks and Wagyu burgers

After weeks of remaining closed, Momofuku Noodle Bar announced at the end of May that they would be reopening for takeout and delivery and offering a select menu consisting of ramen, pork buns and large format Korean fried chicken. Well, an exciting new addition has just been added to their menu: Kojin Wagyu burger kits, steak kits and mixed grill kits!

The 3-story complex houses Momofuku Noodle Bar, Milk Bar and Kojin. Kojin, a Latin-inspired restaurant focusing on wood-fired meats, remains closed but a few favourite menu items have found their way onto Noodle Bar's takeout menu.

Order a Kojin Wagyu Burger Kit comprised of 7oz beef patties (2 pieces), caramelized onion jam, seasonal pickles, garlic mayo, soft potato buns (2 pieces), Gruyère cheese and Kojin ranch sauce for $32 or a Kojin Mixed Grill Kit comprised of a 12oz brined pork chop, 90-day dry aged T-bone steak, container of apple glaze, container of bone marrow butter, container of Kojin spice blend, container of red hot sauce, container of BBQ steak sauce and a container of seasonal pickles, all for $65.

Order delivery through Uber Eats or place a pickup order by calling the restaurant.
