The Bakery Dealer ensures that all of your croissant cravings are satisfied without having to leave the comfort of your own home. They are a delivery-based concept that bake fresh and authentic croissants and deliver them across the GTA.
It all started with an appetite for almond croissants that could not be satisfied in Toronto, especially during a global pandemic. The two bakers that founded the Bakery Dealer loved enjoying French pastries from Montreal, specifically almond croissants. The pair felt like the croissants in Toronto were incomparable when it came to the quality and taste they experienced in Montreal, so when the pandemic hit, they began baking their own versions to share with their family and friends. After receiving great responses, they decided to distribute their delicious croissants to the rest of the city.
When it comes to their flavours, they offer four different options. Since the Bakery Dealer began with a love for almond croissants, this is their signature flavour. The signature almond croissants are double baked, infused with a creamy almond filling and decorated with roasted almonds. Their other flavours include the strawberry shortcake croissant, the walnut carrot cake croissant and their newest release, the almond custard tart croissant, which is coated in caramelized almond slices and icing sugar and filled with creamy custard.
The Bakery Dealer values freshness and excellence in their baking by using high-quality ingredients and unique flavour combinations.
Their croissants come in box orders of six or a dozen. On a weekly basis, orders must be placed by Friday at 5 p.m. and will be delivered between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Sunday. If you are located outside of the GTA, you can pickup your order between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. on Saturday at Yorkdale Mall.
They release new flavours every month or so, and plan on introducing a savoury croissant in the near future, so stay tuned for upcoming announcements.
