Shook, a popular Middle Eastern restaurant that reopened this year after a fire in 2019, is now introducing an exclusive monthly hummus subscription––launching on March 1.
The Hummus Club will feature four variations of house made hummus, one for each week, paired with one of their classic dips and freshly baked pita. Subscribers will also be given a 10 per cent discount code to use on Shook's takeaway menu upon signing up.

Next is the 'Red Lentil Hummus' made with preserved tomato, feta, guindilla and Aleppo pepper. Lastly, subscribers will get to try the 'Butternut Squash Hummus' made with pumpkin seed dukkah, sumac red onion and chermoula.
