The folks behind Ration Food Lab are ringing in the warm weather with a fun scavenger hunt event to promote their latest venture, Ration Burger.
Ration Burger is a new burger joint brought to us by the chefs at Ration Food Lab, a hospitality incubator that operates out of the Beverley Hotel. The new project is an elevated take on smash burgers, a beloved food among many diners in Toronto.
In partnership with Jack Daniels and Mascot Brewery, the Ration team is organizing a trio of BBQ pop-ups in downtown that will serve as a way to get outside and try some delicious eats and refreshing drinks. Beginning today, you can book a time to compete in the #RationJDBBQ scavenger hunt, which will be running every weekend while the sun is out to commemorate the season of the 'cue.
The scavenger hunt will require its participants to visit all three pop-up locations, which are within a 8-minute walk of each other and 17 minutes in total. You will receive a Ration Burger 'passport' which will be stamped at each location upon trying one of their signature items.
Additionally, you can also refresh yourselves with select cocktails and beers at each location.
Once you've travelled to all three locations and have received your stamps, you can submit your passport to be entered to win a slew of weekly prizes, including an exclusive at-home experience presented by Jack Daniels and Ration.
The Ration team is hoping to encourage people to safely enjoy the warm weather and the looming BBQ season by providing a controlled and fun event that you can share on social media.
The Ration x Jack Daniels BBQ scavenger hunt begins this weekend and will continue every weekend––as long as the sun is out––for the next little while. There are limited spots every weekend, so be sure to book your time in advance.
