On October 11th, experience “A Decade of Boulud,” at a one-night event hosted by Boulud, Café Boulud executive chef Colin Henderson, and three global gastronomy masters. Visiting from other Four Seasons locales are Yoric Tièche, executive chef of Le Cap, Massimo Mantarro, executive chef of Principe Cerami, and Yudith Bustos, pastry chef at LAW. Featuring dishes created by each chef, the five-course collaboration dinner with wine pairings promises to wow. As they drift from Risotto Mount Edna, with black ink breadcrumb, to Truffled Quail with Porcini Mushrooms, and Winter Tide Halo, guests will be reminded how true masters make their mark.

Guests can also find reason to celebrate at d|bar, where sous chef Maru Cacho’s “A Decade of d|bar” menu highlights 10 beloved items from the lounge’s first decade. Available from October 11th to 15th, the menu flits between a series of satisfying dishes, from Crispy Artichokes with lemon aioli, and Lobster Roll to Chocolate and Vanilla Profiteroles, and more. Head of Mixology Mike Birdsey’s anniversary cocktails are the perfect thing to sip alongside.
