The famed food truck and catering service Fidel Gastro’s, helmed by celebrity chef Matt Basile, launched their latest venture today––Fidel Gastro’s Marketplace.
With businesses being forced to adapt to new circumstances under tighter restrictions, Fidel Gastro’s is making moves to bring their popular street food flare into the homes of Torontonians this holiday season.

The Marketplace features prepared meals that are ready to go in the oven and house-smoked deli meats made with all natural ingredients.
You can get a jar of their indulgent House-made Sunday Sauce for $10, the perfect touch for a hearty pasta as the weather gets colder.
Additionally, you can pick up a pack of Nonna’s Meatballs ($16)––beef and pork meatballs precooked in their homemade sauce––ready to heat and serve out of the package.
For a taste of their distinctive pop-up shimmer, they are also offering their Rigatoni Al Forno, or as they like to call it, the ‘fancy mac n’ cheese’.
Fidel Gastro’s is also offering deli meats that are smoked in-house, and have been a staple ingredient in their most popular dishes, providing customers the opportunity to utilize them however they please at home.
Their delicious house-smoked pastrami can be picked up and brought home to construct the perfect pastrami sandwich.
Other options include their coveted roast beef, pork loin and a classic smoked turkey breast, all vacuum-sealed and ready to go for next-day pick ups.
More items will be coming in the future, like fresh pastas and their house-smoked bacon––expected to be available next week.
Those wanting to check out what Fidel Gastro’s Marketplace has to offer can order online now through their website.
Next-day pick-ups will happen at their Etobicoke kitchen located at 37 Advance Road, Unit 105.
