COPS is hosting a new late-night pop-up at Baddie's

COPS, a local mini doughnut venture, is running their latest pop-up series at their sister cafe Baddies.

Their original location is located in downtown on Adelaide Street, but are bringing their sweet treats to the west end for residents of Bloordale Villiage and beyond. The "cop-up", as they refer to it as, will run on Fridays through to Sundays for a limited time. Owner Alex White says that the pop-up will feature weekly special glazes that rotate every week, so customers can look forward to something new every time.

White says COPS is looking at expanding in the near future by opening multiple sites across the city. The pop-up will be an exploration and introduction to the west-end neighbourhood, who won't have to travel into downtown to snag a delicious specialty doughnut.

The doughnuts will be available for pick-up or delivery through Uber Eats and DoorDash and feature several ordering options.

You can get a dozen of their standard Cinnamon Sugar or OG Glaze doughnuts for $8 (extra dollar on delivery apps), or you can choose to mix your dozen by choosing their specialty glaze options for another dollar.

Quantities vary even more––their best seller offers a pack of 18 doughnuts with three different flavours of your choice. There is also an option for a pack of 36, 50, 120, and all the way up to "the Riot", which offers a whopping 600 doughnuts. Each set has customizable flavour options and will have a price to accommodate them.

All doughnuts are handmade in-house and fresh to order. They are also offering a tasty small-batch chocolate milk produced in Ontario as well as bags of their specialty coffee beans.

The new pop-up will operate out of Baddies at 697 Lansdowne Avenue every weekend (Friday to Sunday) from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
