Light Cafe's wicked brunch boxes have been blowing up all over social media and are selling out every single weekend.
They've gotten so popular, people across the GTA are travelling all the way to Toronto just to try and see what the hype is about. These delicious boxes have flooded timelines on social media throughout the past few weeks and went viral on TikTok.
The boxes come in five different variations that are packed with a variety of mains and sides to choose from. Each box comes with a freshly-baked butter croissant, your choice of egg style, salad with house dressing, bacon, breakfast sausage, avocado, assorted fruits and buttermilk mini pancakes with maple syrup. The different mains to choose from are smoked salmon, pulled pork, mushroom, lobster or mini buttermilk pancakes.
You can also pick a side, which varies from tater tots, waffle fries, Parmesan waffle fries, tofu fries and parmesan truffle tofu fries. They also have a special vegetarian box that replaces the bacon and breakfast sausage with butter squash and roasted cauliflower.
Light Cafe is a Taiwanese-inspired cafe. They offer a variety of creative cafe fare with a contemporary twist. Aside from their brunch boxes, they offer innovative items like Truffle Mushroom Croissants, Spicy Kimchi Waffle Fries, Pork Cheese Katsu Sandwich and an extensive menu of loose leaf teas and smoothies.
Light Cafe is located at 23 Baldwin Street and taking pre-orders for March 1. You can pre-order these $20 Brunch Boxes online through their website or simply walk-in for takeout.
