You can now enjoy a steak dinner from the comfort of your home from Toronto's oldest steakhouse, Barberians Steak House!
The longstanding steakhouse was temporarily closed for seven long months during the pandemic and reopened for dine-in service in the beginning of September. However, when the provincial government announced that Toronto and the GTA will be rolling back into a modified stage 2, the restaurant was forced to close for a second time.
Last week, Barberians launched their new "steak out" takeout initiative. The limited, but equally delicious menu features four of their most popular charcoal grilled steaks, including the filet mignon, New York Strip steak and their crowd-favourite dry aged rib steaks served with fries or a baked potato.
Starters include their jumbo shrimp cocktail and Harry's famous wedge salad with bacon and blue cheese. Sauteed button mushrooms and spicy crispy brussels sprouts are also available for takeout.
