Bar Sybanne launches virtual pasta bar through Uber Eats

The popular Bar Sybanne has launched a new virtual restaurant concept focused on serving up amazing pasta dishes.

Bar Sybanne, a spot known for their incredible Middle Eastern and Mediterranean fare, opened their second virtual kitchen concept: Pasta Bar by Bar Sybanne.

The menu features a series of mouth-watering pasta dishes, like the Amatriciana––made with fresh rigatoni, guanciale, extra virgin olive oil and a delicious tomato sauce with pecorino and chilli flakes.

They are also serving up a classic beef and lamb bolognese, as well as a vegetarian option that uses a plant-based alternative.

The Pasta Bar concept comes shortly after the successful launch of the Cocktail Shop, a venture crafted by Bar Sybanne that brings fresh cocktail kits to your doorstep. The cocktail-focused venture opened in mid-December.

Their pastas are made with handmade pastas and prepared with home-made sauces. The cocktails are crafted with cold-pressed juices and house-made syrups.

With the landscape of food businesses in Toronto continuing to change, patrons can expect to see more restaurants operating in new and innovative ways.

Pasta Bar and the Cocktail Shop are both operating out of Bar Sybanne as their own concepts, and can only be ordered through Uber Eats with pickup and delivery options.

Bar Sybanne is located at 229 Ossington Avenue. You can get your hands on some of their pasta by ordering here.
