As Ontario enters the first step of its reopening plan tomorrow, June 11, it goes without saying that many are eagerly awaiting this upcoming weekend, as Torontonians are finally allowed to dine outside on patios. Given the short notice, several restaurants are postponing their official opening to next week. However, plenty of restaurants, bars, and breweries are planning to kick off the patio season tomorrow.
Below, you will find a list of businesses open for patio seating starting tomorrow. Many are operating on a walk-in basis only; as you can imagine, demand for a table is high. So whether you're vying for a dinner reservation or are seeking out somewhere besides the park to enjoy a cold one, relish in Toronto's reopening and here's hoping the days of lockdown are done.
As excited as we all are and especially those servers, hosts and cooks looking to welcome us back, it's been a while, so be patient and kind.
