The Rolling Pin's Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Oat Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups rolled oats

  • 1/2 Tsp baking soda

  • 2/3 cup chocolate chips

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2/3 brown sugar

  • 1 cup peanut butter - smooth or crunchy

  • 1 tsp vanilla

5 Steps

  • Step 1

    Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Step 2

    In a bowl whisk together brown sugar, eggs, vanilla and peanut butter.

  • Step 3

    Add in rolled oats, chocolate chips and baking soda. Mix until combined.

  • Step 4

    Scoop a tablespoon of batter 2” apart onto a lined baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes until puffed up and golden brown.

  • Step 5

    Let cool and enjoy!
