Scout’s 5-Minute Lobster Roll by Chef Charlotte Langley
10 mins Prep Time
15 mins Cook Time
Scout’s 5-Minute Lobster Roll is one of our all-time favourite ways to prepare Scout’s Marine Stewardship Council-certified Atlantic Canadian Lobster, and we are certain it will be one of yours, too!
This is a delicious, summery snack or lunch you can feel good enjoying knowing that Scout sources all of their lobsters right from the dock at their Prince Edward Island cannery, meaning they know exactly where, what day and by whom each and every lobster is caught.
To celebrate World Oceans Day, Scout encourages you to take a closer look at the types of seafood you are consuming and endeavour to make more ocean-friendly and traceable choices moving forward.
Opting for Scout's responsible and locally sourced buttery Atlantic Canadian Lobster is a good place to start. Just serve your made-in-minutes lobster roll with potato crisps and a pint of lager for the ultimate indulgent and ocean-friendly experience -- you’re ready to go!
