15 mins Prep Time
15 mins Cook Time
Ossington's favourite Korean snack bar, Oddseoul, is loved by locals and tourists alike. Known for their reasonably priced menu, flavour-packed dishes and their cherished crispy squash poutine -- I can say, without a doubt, we are all missing Saturday nights spent in the tiny haunt.
Oddseoul isn't available for delivery but they are offering home survival kits comprised of kimchi and marinated meats, with the promise of sharing recipes on how to make delicious meals at home. If you haven't yet, order a kit and get making these spicy pork sliders!

Notes:
If not a fan of mayo, butter your buns after toasted. Adding a layer of some fat like mayo/butter prevents buns from getting soggy.
