Directions
Cheesy Garlic Pull Apart Bread
7 Steps
Step 1
In a stand mixer, combine bread flour, salt, water, and instant yeast, mixing until a dough forms. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and cover with plastic wrap and a kitchen towel. Let the dough rise until it doubles in size.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
Step 4
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut it into 16 equal squares using a pizza cutter. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each square, folding the corners over the cheese to seal it into a ball.
Step 5
Arrange the dough balls on a parchment-lined baking tray or in a cast-iron skillet. Let them rise for another 30-45 minutes until doubled in size.
Step 6
Bake the bread bites for 35 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. While they bake, melt the butter and stir in the minced garlic and chopped parsley.
Step 7
Brush the hot bread bites generously with the garlic butter as soon as they come out of the oven. Serve warm and enjoy!
