There are plenty of Chinese BBQ spots for you to explore in and around the city but we have narrowed down Toronto's best!
Have you ever walked by a Chinese restaurant and peered through the window, gazing at BBQ meats hanging there.
An arrogant display of these BBQ meats for all to see might have some look away, but for many, it serves as a visual appetizer for a delicious meal ahead. Maybe it's the roast pork, with the crunchy crackling skin or the roast duck, with glistening mahogany skin and rich gamey flavour. Maybe you're a fan of BBQ pork, sausages, steamed chicken, soy sauce chicken or all of the above!
Whatever you may be craving, we can assure you that you will find everything your little heart desires at one of these ten places around town.
Here are the best Chinese BBQ spots in Toronto and the surrounding GTA.

Kong Kee BBQ
There's a reason why you'll find huge lineups at this small Chinese BBQ shop. Their roast pork and roast duck are fantastic and come at low prices too. The owner and butcher there is a quiet bald man, so it's apt to see the place's name with the literal translation of Kong Kee being "shiny head man".

Extra BBQ House
There is a competition of sorts between neighbouring BBQ stalls at First Markham Place. This one, in particular, is identified by its bright yellow signage and long lines. Their lineups are also due to the fact that the butchers take their time putting in extra care with each order. One of the cheapest spots on the list, but it doesn’t sacrifice quality.

Excellent BBQ Restaurant
This spot is locating in a fairly unassuming mall. A bit of a drive for downtown folks, the massive plate portions and near-perfect BBQ will be worth the trip.

HKS BBQ And Noodle House
This is the other half of the BBQ competition at First Markham Place. Like a perfectly oiled engine, the folks at HKS pump out some of the tastiest Chinese BBQ in the entire city. It’s difficult not to find perfection in their meals.
