Autumnal cooking is easily one of our favourite seasons to get back into the kitchen. After a whirlwind summer, festive fall feelings brought on by crisp mornings and vibrant leaves have us reaching for all things tied to the harvest. Celebrate apple season with this easy apple tart, thinly shingled onto puff pastry, sprinkled with brown sugar and cinnamon and drizzled in caramel. But what do apples demand? A generous scoop of ice cream made with milk from our Dairy Farmers of Ontario.
